Deepa Sannidhi was born as Rahasya. She was born on 16th June 1990, in Chikmaglur, Karnataka. Her father is the owner of Coffee estate. She completed her schooling in Bangalore. When she was in first year of Architectural engineering, Deepa got the chance for her first film. And so she discontinued her studies. Sannidhi has completed a one-year course in jewellery designing. Deepa simultaneously pursued a degree in English Literature through Distant Education.

Deepa started her career with the film Saarathi in 2011.
During this shoot she signed for second film Paramthma, which was also released in 2011.
