Ram Pothineni was born on 15 May 1988 in Hyderabad, India. He was brought up in Chennai, Tamil Nadu and done his schooling at Chettinad Vidyashram and St.Johns School. He is not only a good actor but also talented in martial arts and dancing. His mother tongue is Telugu but he can speak English, Tamil and Hindi languages. Ram is the son of Murali Mohan Pothineni and Padmasree. His brother Ravi Kishore well-known as Sravanthi Ravi Kishore, he is a film producer. He has a sister MadhuSmitha Pothineni. Ram’s uncle Dr. Ramesh Babu has a line of Ramesh hospitals in Vijayawada and Guntur.
Career:
Ram Pothineni made his acting debut with the super hit movie Devadasu. Jagadam was his second movie this was directed by Sukumar. He then appeared in the movie Ready. In the year 2009, he had two releases, Maska and Ganesh Just Ganesh.
In 2010, Ram came up with one movie, Rama Rama Krishna Krishna directed by Srivaas.
Later Ram did a movie Kandireega was a big blockbuster of 2011 and was done remake in Hindi as “Main Tera Hero”.
In 2013, he came up with, OngoleGitha.
Later Ram and Daggubati Venkatesh together featured in the multi starrer movie Masala.
He hit the screen in 2016 on the first day of the year with the movie NenuSailaja which was a huge hit.
