Adah Sharma was born in Palakkad district in Kerala, on 11 May 1989. Adah completed her schooling from Auxilium Convent in Pali Hill, Mumbai. She wanted to discontinue her 10th class to become actress. But her parents forced to at least complete her schooling. Her mother was a classical dancer and her father is a captain in navy. She has stopped her studies after 12th. She is a gymnast and has completed graduation in Kathak from Gopi Krishna’s Dance Academy.
